Last week we visited a customer's site of rotary lime kiln. The whole production line has been operated smoothly in good condition for 14 years and gives a daily output about 600 tons quicklime CaO. The whole plant adopts high-efficiency preheating technology and has a stable coal powder supplying from a coal ball mill.
Capacity: 600 tons per day active lime.
Fuel: 100 mesh coal powder/Natural gas
Section included:
coal powder preparation, limestone primary crushing, quicklime calcination, active lime cooling, final product conveying, storage and packing
Equipment included:
Ball mill for coal powder, vertical preheater, rotary lime kiln, vertical cooler, bucket elevator, etc.
